With one click we reserve the desired offer for you exclusively for a period of 14 working days from receipt of payment. The amount paid for the reservation of EUR 1.200,- (incl. VAT) will be credited in full upon final purchase.
In the period of 14 working days you can come to us in Lex BOATique and pick up your dream boat. If necessary, we will extend the equipment of LEX models for you according to your requirements.
After the final purchase transaction, if you wish, you can store the boat by us, take it with you or we will deliver it to your location.
(Extensions to the boat, storage and delivery are calculated separately.)
If the reserved offer does not meet your expectations, we charge a cancellation fee, based on the general terms and conditions, for storage & processing, of EUR 380,- (incl. VAT).
The cancellation can be made within 14 working days from receipt of payment, by mail or telephone. We will then immediately transfer the difference back to you.
Don't worry: 5 days before the deadline you will receive a reminder from us.
